  Nice, clean place! Enjoyed having TV’s in Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom as well as Living Room! Nice to have Golf cart included!

  This was our third time on the island, first time at this property. Everything was great. Tyler was easy to reach if needed. The golf cart is a great amenity the property offers. Made getting back and forth to the beach a breeze.

  They had all that we needed there. We had a group of 5 and the home was plenty spacious for our group. We contacted the office to ask a couple of questions and they were helpful and timely with their response. We enjoyed the home.

  We arrived in town for the purpose of taking our son to UNCW. After driving nearly 8 hours, several of us just needed to lie down for a bit before hitting the beach for the evening. We arrived just before check in, but the cleaning crew was still there. We circled the block and "explored" for nearly 30 minutes till they were done. As we made our way in, the home was lovely and smelled fresh and clean. Making our way to the King sized bed that had been calling our names for hours, we were shocked to see that the bed was NOT MADE. The sheets were neatly folded in a stack for us to tend to. In fact, ALL 4 BEDS WERE NOT MADE. All 3 rooms (4 beds) had a set of sheets waiting for us. After the bed making was settled, I realized there was not a single extra blanket or throw in the entire house. I did contact the host, and someone from the cleaning crew brought us 3 throws about an hour after I requested them. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, but NO extra paper towels, dishwashing pods, or dish towels. We stayed in a house so we would not have to eat out, but doing dishes for 4 adults and no extra pods of towels was difficult. Oak Island is lovely and there are plenty of rentals to choose from. This one would not make my list!

  -Our cleaning company has chosen to leave a set of sanitized, folded linens instead of making the beds as a visual guarantee that the bed is up to guest's expectations
  -We normally have towels, throw blankets and dish pods available to guests, and apologize that these were overlooked before your stay; We've talked with our cleaning crew to make sure this is not a recurring issue
