Nice place, good communication
4/5 Stay was good. The place is small but cozy. Communication with the manager was very good. We got there and there was no gas for fire pit outside so that was a bit disappointing but the property manager was responsive.

Two for one
5/5 Overall, lovely place, well stocked, even to usb wall charger and complete first aid kit (needed both during visit).The layout gives you two complete living areas. main level with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room/kitchen. Lower level with bathroom, bedroom with multiple beds, "kitchen" and sitting area. Nice arrangement for kid's space, or two families traveling together.The TV has a plethora of viewing options. Traditional cable, something associated with Samsung TV's, and a choice of streaming services. Should keep you entertained, if that is something you use.

July 4th Memories
5/5 We had a wonderful stay celebrating the Fourth of July with our family. This home had plenty of room for the four adults and four children to spread out and have their own space. The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor deck with the large table and plenty of chairs for playing cards and games. There were lots of festivities scheduled to celebrate the 4th of July at Linville Land Harbor. We enjoyed the pool party with DJ, castle building in the sand at the lake, the live bands, cookouts and the amazing fireworks. The only time we ventured out of the resort was to grab a few groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

5/5 We came to ski at sugar mountain. And this place is awesome. Nice neighborhood not too far from gas stations and restaurants. On a real snowy day you will need a 4x4. But I would come back here.

Great stay!
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The cabin was great, everything was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms, and we loved both the fireplace and the fire pit on the really cold evenings! The only thing that could have been a bit better were the washer and dryer, the washer was super old with a bit of rust inside the drum and the dryer needed to be run twice for each load so an upgraded set would really make this place even better. Wasn’t a huge deal and otherwise we loved this property! We especially loved the hiking trails located on the Linville Harbor property as well as the lake. Great location to stay if you want to be close to nature and the beautiful North Carolina mountain scenery! Would definitely stay here again!
