House was very clean but the AC wasnt working the duration of our stay.
3/5 The house itself was nice and clean in a great location. But the AC didnt work which would have been nice to know before we came. We were lucky the weather was mild when we were there.

Hi Alex,
we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-I apologize for any inconvenience. Alex called on the check-in day to request early entry, but I couldn't reach him when I tried calling back. The next day, I texted that early check-in was available and mentioned the thermostat issue. Despite installing a window AC unit, he later informed me that the house was still warm, though they managed with the comfortable outdoor temperatures.
-I want to assure you that a brand-new HVAC system has been installed since their checkout, resolving any future temperature issues.
