  We absolutely loved every minute of our stay. The huge back deck with lighting and comfortable furniture was a delight. We enjoyed listening to the stream below as we spent mornings and evenings on the deck. We had one issue of no propane the first time night but it was delivered quickly the very next morning! We appreciate the cleanliness of the cabin and the bed was comfortable. Would absolutely love to stay there again in the future.Kudos!

  Check in was sent via email when you’re in the mountains with no service. Had to go back down the mountain to get service and reach out to property management to get the code. No propane for the grill or fire pit ( 2 out of 2 tanks empty). No toilet paper after the half role provided ran out and a rat in the kitchen / under the stove. Internet must’ve been on dial up bc it was horrible. Couldn’t watch any tv or football games and couldn’t chill by the fire pit..

  Also, not a place recommended for motorcycles.

  Hi Branden, thanks for letting us know about your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following:
  -Regarding the check-in instructions and property access code, it is our standard practice to send these details immediately upon booking the property. In your case, the property was booked approximately two weeks in advance of the check-in date, allowing ample time for you to access and review the check-in instructions prior to your arrival.
  -We regret to hear that the propane tanks were empty during your stay. However, it's important to note that the property manager was not notified of this matter at the time. Had we been informed, we would have promptly dispatched our property manager to exchange the propane tanks, ensuring your comfort. We have since replaced the propane tanks, and they are ready for future use.
  -Our property manager, who also takes responsibility for cleaning the property, is dedicated to maintaining the condition of the property at a high standard. Extra rolls of toilet paper are thoughtfully provided in the bathroom cabinet in addition to the roll left out for immediate use.
  -The property's location in the mountains necessitates the use of satellite internet for Wifi. While this type of connection does not support live television streaming, it does allow for the streaming of certain programming, such as Netflix and Hulu.
  -We are sorry to learn that your experience with your motorcycle at the property was not as enjoyable as you had hoped. Access to the property is provided via a paved road, with a brief steep portion, leading to a level gravel parking area.
