Convenient
3/5 The home was located in a convenient location and downtown Morganton and the surrounding areas were easy to get to. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Unfortunately, the home had not been cleaned well prior to our arrival and we found dirt/dust covering the counters in the kitchen and bathroom as well as the floors. We also needed to clean the refrigerator and bath tub/shower prior to using. The dirt/dust appeared to be construction dust so perhaps this was a flip and the cleaning crew hadn't paid enough attention to detail. The internet was sketchy and only reliable in the kitchen and we were not able to get the smart TV in the living room to connect to the wifi. The Roku TV in the bedroom worked fine. I would suggest a better cleaning crew and also providing a welcome book with information regarding the wifi/smart TV, area attractions and instructions on check-out, garbage pick up etc. This rental has potential, it just didn't quite meet our expectations.
