5/5 Overall the property is excellent, home has been meticulously renovated, up to date and modern, the only concern we had was lack of local TV stations. We were headed to Asheville and would like to have had local cbs/nbc/ABC stations. I don't steam at home and don't like the inconvenience of it.

4/5 The house was meticulously clean and updated. The only problem was having just Netflix. With the time of year we were in the area, wanted local stations to keep up with weather, I don't depend on apps. It was too far out for my needs.

Perfect launching spot
5/5 Perfect spot close to mountain biking, lake, great food, and not far to blue ridge mountains! We biked flora fonta trailhead, had dinner/beer at singlewyde and flora fonta @whipporwhill, swam at lake james, took a longer trek to the orchard at altapass which was a gorgeous drive and less than an hour (pie there is amazing). A lot of restaurants close at 3p sundays but the food (especially the chocolate chimichanga) from las salsas in Morgantown was an unexpected A+ after hiking/biking. The house is cute and clean and updated with everything you could want. Woke to the sound of roosters and fell asleep to crickets outside. Great rocking chair porch and side deck.
