5/5 Very clean and very inviting. Everthing worked as it should and the house was very cozy for a family and friends labor day getaway. Would recommend to anyone.

Disappointing
3/5 Pros: Great kitchen, large and well supplied with appliances, utensils and condiments.
Cons: Master bed very uncomfortable, finally removed the too soft topper and then was able to sleep. One room was missing the top sheet. Towels were very small and one per person. Temperature is controlled by owner and it took a few tries to stop from freezing. Garbage was overflowing and no directions for what day for pick up. There is no washer/dryer, which I had just assumed would be there as I've stayed in many VRBO rentals and there was always a washer/dryer. So it was not advertised as having one, my fault. The neighborhood was loud at times with some yelling and loud trucks.
