PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 127 Middle Laurel Church Rd, Marshall, NC 28753
- When you turn on middle Laurel take the first left over the bridge
- Drive around the left side of the church. You will see a barn
- Turn left right before the barn. You will then see the cabin
- It is recommended you save or print the instructions ahead of time to record these and the WiFi password as there is no cell service at the property

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. To use the keyless entry pad, touch the keypad and 2 random numbers will light up. Tap the 2 numbers, then all the numbers will light up. Then, enter the code, which will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the collection center on highway 212
- You will need the trash card to dispose of trash, and you will need to return it to the hook next to the front door
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Dog friendly with fee (2 dogs max). Only dogs are permitted as the owner is allergic to cats. If you wish to bring a dog but have not paid the mandatory fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately 
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- The property is suitable for children but they must be supervised as there is a river without fences surrounding the home
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided
- There are Smart TVs in the property. You can login to your own streaming services. Please log out of anything before departure
- AC/Heat - The cabin is equipped with 3 ductless mini-split systems, one in each room, instructions are on the backs of all 3 AC remotes. This allows each room to have separate climate control. All units provide AC and Heat. If it's very cold, the heat pumps go to full electrical heat, so the cabin stays warm no matter how cold outside. Any one of the 3 remotes will work on any unit
- Washer & Dryer - There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the property; detergent is provided, or you can bring yours if you prefer. It's very rare, but if the washer doesn't turn on, the GFCI button might need to be pushed in. It's the red button on the electrical outlet plate where the washer is plugged in. It's a typical safety feature for laundry and bath outlets. Push the red button in to reset it and it should be working
- Grill - If using the grill, please bring & use aluminum foil to cook on, it makes the cleanup much easier. Please make sure the grill is clean when you depart. If the propane runs low please refill at the nearby convenience store mentioned above. Please let the Guest Contact know and they will reimburse you via PayPal
- Campfires - Please remember to bring firewood if you plan on having campfires. The convenience store mentioned above will keep firewood stocked as well
- Sinks - Please DO NOT pour any oil or grease down the kitchen sink or any other drain in the cabin. It will cause damage to the septic system
- Please take all kitchen trash to the collection center half-mile (a minute drive) away on 212. From the cabin, make a right on Highway 212 and go about half a mile, it'll be on your left. Do not leave trash in the cabin. Guests who are departing on days that the center is closed, please take it out the day before
- When taking the garbage to the waste collection center, please be sure to bring the card hanging on the hook next to the door with you. This card must be presented and then returned to the hook
- To use the streaming apps on the TV, guests need to use their own accounts

Amazing place! We would love to come back

Fun location. Fabulous view and great fishing!

Very special place! The river view was awesome.  We enjoyed the porch,and the day hikes around hot springs.  The furniture and linens were comfortable and kitchen well appointed.  Great for two couples, would definitely come back.
