Great Stay
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our 3 family group. We had 4 kids 4 and under and it worked well for them. They particularly enjoyed the fire pit and the movie room. We had a couple things we had to contact the host for but they were very quick to respond and everything was resolved quickly. Only downside was that you had to go outside to get from the lower floor to the upper floor but really not that big of a deal.

Would Rent Again!
5/5 This house was great, we would definitely rent again! Even though this is a new rental on Vrbo there were a lot of things we had not thought about bringing that were in the house; however, bring ALL items with you that you know you’ll need-you do not want to leave once you make it to the property.
This is a mountain mountain and fortunate for us it had not snowed or we would have not been able to go because that grade was treacherous to this city girl. Our young adults enjoyed the pool table and movie theater room. The spouse and I enjoyed the fire pit, beautiful hardwood floors, and roominess for our family of 8 adults who all needed their own bed. We all loved the gathering area which was the open kitchen with the huge beautiful wood island. The master bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. The sleeping area lacked window treatments to shield the gorgeous sunrise from tired sleepers.
Important to note, you cannot access the downstairs area from inside the home which caused us to rethink the young ladies being down there and we couldn’t mentally rest until everyone was locked safely in.
Communication before and during our trip was fast and any issues or questions we had were promptly handled satisfactorily.
