Church Retreat Getaway
5/5 Every year our church comes to Junaluska for a 48 hour retreat. This year some friends of ours decided to come up a few days early to settle in and enjoy the mountain life. The game room was an excellent place for the kids to play and the dining room table was an excellent place for social games an d family dinners. The breakfast nook was great for small craft projects and breakfast. The large back porch was excellent place to relax and enjoy the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Holston Annual Conference stay
5/5 We loved the facility. The only negative aspect is the road, which is single lane with limited site in areas. Some vehicles were going too fast and we had a close call on the hill with curve coming up from Harmon.

Didn't know 2 rentals units/1 house
2/5 Lake Junaluska is majestic! The house itself was good, the view was fantastic, great spot on the lake; however we had no idea that the lower level was a different rental!! This was NOT disclosed in the description...not good when you're on a Women's Retreat and you have NO idea who else is "living in the house with you"...left us women with an uneasy feeling.

5/5 House was very comfortable. MBR was huge. Bed was very comfortable. Beautiful views. Bald eagle visited every am and pm right off the deck along with many other species of birds. Very convient to the walking path and main highway. Management company easy to reach if there was a issue. My only negative was cleaning. There were cobwebs everywhere. Some of the rooms the walls were patched and never painted. Felt like a was in a house that had not been finished and they said lets just go ahead and rent out. Thousands of leaves. You would think they would be more proactive about having someone at least twice a week clear the front of the house and the decks. Leave a blower. I definitely would of used it. That being said overall was a nice stay.
