  The hosts were amazing! Reaching out before and after our stay to make sure we enjoyed everything. The house, scenery and all the extras that the hosts provide and community provide were amazing! Highly recommend!

• Property needs significant cleaning and attention before guests arrive

  There were many problems that were communicated with the property manger with picture of each below issues. For example:

  1. Entry porch was dirty. Lots of smudges on the ceiling and light

  2. Smudges Everywhere: There are smudges on the windows, appliances, and tables, ceiling fans, air-condition return throughout the property.

  3. Under the Living Room Table: When the kids pulled out the small tables from under the big table in the living room, we discovered something gross and black underneath.

  4. Cobwebs on the Deck: The deck, where we want to sit, has numerous cobwebs.

  5. Cockroach Sighting: Last night, the kids were traumatized by the sighting of a large cockroach in the living room.

  6. Mildew around the shower door.

  7. Furniture have stains on them (couches) and dilapidated (living room table)

  8. Dresser drawer in master bedroom that is for guests to unload their suitcase during their stay, had clothes (possibly dirty cloths) in them.

  9. Ladder to the bunk bed was not attached with possibility of a kid falling when coming down the ladder.

  -The homeowner strives to maintain a clean property, but with high guest turnover, occasional signs of use, like smudges or cobwebs, can appear. The cleaning team has been informed to pay extra attention to these areas.
  -Waterfront properties can sometimes attract insects, despite regular pest control efforts. The homeowner regrets that you encountered a cockroach and will continue to monitor the situation closely.
  -The homeowner has already involved an insurance adjuster to evaluate the ceiling and window mold, which they believe was caused by a recent hurricane. Repairs are in progress to address this issue.
  -A professional couch cleaner has been called to clean the two couches to ensure they are in top condition for future guests.
  -The damaged living room table has been repaired following an issue with a previous guest.
  
  We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we’ll work to improve the guest experience.

• One of the best vacations ever

  It was the perfect place for our family. The house was very comfortable (especially the beds/bedding - we all slept like babies). The provided so many fun things to enjoy during our visit: bikes, badminton, fishing/crabbing from the dock, Buggie boards, paddle boards, kayaks and the list goes on. Thank you!
