Needs help.
3/5 The major issue with our stay was communication. We were not able to check in with the instructions given. Tried to text and call the local contact person. No reply. Pleaded on text. No reply. Voice mailbox was full. Called Realty company and they were not able to contact anyone locally either. Finally figured out, on our own, the check in instructions were incorrect. 24 hours later local contact person called. Too late.
This is a basic home in a good location. The photos are accurate. Some of the amenities were not as expected. No working icemaker. No blankets or pillowcases. The bathroom has a large hole in the wall, the towel rack and toilet paper holder are broken. The fireplace is not functional. All of this was communicated to the contact person. Nothing happened.

Washer/dryer (there but was not hooked up)
Dishwasher (or at least a drying rack for dishes)
Broom and dust pan
Larger dining table
Our biggest issue was the host was not as responsive as they could have been. I emailed several times and got no or late response, and when I tried calling it went directly to voice mail each time (and the mailbox was full).
