5/5 My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this peaceful cottage. From the 2 spacious bedrooms, spotless bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and amazing screened porch, it had everything we could’ve hoped for. Also, it’s very convenient to downtown Highlands and all area attractions. A perfect getaway!
Cute, Well-appointed Mountain Get-away
5/5 The house was cute, well-appointed, and stocked with all the necessities. It was a nice place to escape the heat of the summer in Charlotte. We were a bit nervous about the fact that there was no AC in the house, but there were fans in all the rooms and Anne did suggest keeping the windows open for air-flow which worked pretty well. We did bring a box fan to put in the bedroom window, so all-in-all we were comfortable.
Generally speaking, it was a great rental for the price. The full-size bed does take a bit of getting used to but it's certainly manageable.
Thank you, Anne, for an EASY check-in/check-out process. The trip almost didn't happen due to recent flight disruptions, but I'm really happy it did!!
