Quiet home
5/5 Perfect, quiet and relaxing home! We were only able to stay 2 nights, but wished we had booked one more night when it was time to leave.
Even tho we had a lot of rain- we were still able to get out for walks during the breaks! So nice to have access to nature trails and all the other outdoor amenities without having to get in the car and drive! There was also plenty of space for our dog to run around and play- she loved it!
Wonderful getaway- would definitely love to come back!

Broken dryer
3/5 We loved the house with the exception that the dryer wouldn't work. They couldn't get any out to look at it for 3 weeks. We had to hang all of our things, including towels to dry. When I asked about a discount or money back off the rental rate, the owner never replied. I've actually had this same thing happen before at a Vrbo and the owner gave us $300 back off just a 3 night rental. It was extremely disappointing that they wouldn't even reply after I asked about a discount.

- We appreciate your communication regarding the dryer. Upon receiving your notification, we promptly reached out to a local service company for repair. However, regrettably, the dryer could not be fixed before your checkout
- While addressing this concern, it was brought to our attention that you had access to two other properties in the neighborhood with available dryers
- Furthermore, during the checkout process, our cleaning team discovered a broken kitchen stool in the pantry area that had not been previously communicated to us
- Given this information and the insight provided later by the repair professionals that the issue stemmed from a broken handle, we determined that a refund would not be warranted
We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for.Chinquapin is a nice area
5/5 Great neighborhood and house. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Kitchen could use more items for cooking in. Loved the screened in porch. Would definitely stay again.
