Nice cottage!
5/5 The cottage was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped! We had a great time!
Great spot for a family getaway
4/5 Our family of 4 had a great stay. It's a very good location. The property is a beach bungalow, a bit smaller than the pictures make it out to be. It could honestly use some updating, and a good window cleaning, for the price but served us well with small kids running around. Would've liked to have been able to use the front yard for badminton with the kids, but there was a pickup truck parked in the middle of it. I also wasn't very happy with the check in process. I booked through VRBO which I know has strict privacy protocols, they encourage you to communicate only through their platform, but the property managers required that I take a picture of my self and my drivers license, and text to them, prior to giving us the entry code. I didn't much care for that, but what am I gonna do, I just drove the family all the way there. We had a great time overall, but would probably book a different property the next time we visit Frisco.

4/5 The location was great - short walk down the road and over the dune to the beach. The deer visited every day. The house and furnishings have seen better days. The only major complaint would be the area rug in the kitchen which could stand a good scrubbing -- not very clean.
