  It was our first Thanksgiving without our parents so my sister and I planned this Beautiful new tradition with our family and my new daughter in laws parents. Perfectly beautiful , a new family tradition to look forward to. Mornings and evenings by the fire with the most spectacular view. Gods Gift to us. ❤️

• Amazing Views and a Spacious Rental

  Our family of 5 adults very much enjoyed our stay. The rental was built with many personal touches and upgrades. Its high ceilings made it feel very spacious. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We grilled burgers on the Blackstone one evening and followed them up with time by the fire pit and in the hot tub. The rental was very clean and was exactly as pictured.We did have some early hiccups in our experience that were promptly resolved with phone calls to our contact. We were missing the door access code to start. Once we got in the rental, we learned the Welcome Book with instructions, including the wifi code, was not yet present. If I had one issue with the rental it would be that it is in transition as a new rental with Evolve. For example, the pots on the deck and those hanging from the front entrance still had last season's dead annuals in them. Once little details like that and the communication with Evolve are worked out, this rental will be perfect.The drive up the private mountain road to this rental is quite steep, like all roads in the area. The driveway itself is level and has ample parking as well as space to turn around. The rental is quick access to Franklin for groceries and anything else you might need. We used the location as a launching point to visit Asheville, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. And did I mention the views??? They are incredible!

  Our family of 5 adults very much enjoyed our stay. The rental was clearly built with many personal touches and upgrades. Its high ceilings make it feel very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with every kitchen utensil, pan, and container you could need to make a nice meal. We grilled burgers on the Blackstone one evening and followed it up with time by the fire pit and in the hot tub. The rental was very clean and exactly as pictured.
