Loved this location
5/5 The property was incredible. This was the first time we have had all of our adult children and their significant others all together. The house was perfect! We had so much fun together and in smaller groups enjoying different activities. Family cornhole tournament and us old folks prevailed over all the kids. Loved the game room downstairs and the porches where we could all gather comfortably. Just a perfect long weekend!

Best place we stayed
5/5 The property was absolutely beautiful. Having the expansive front lawn to watch the deer and walk the property. Then to hike through the back was awesome. Kerry left wonderful personal touches with the fresh cut welcome flowers as well as the fresh vegetables. Our daughters brought their significant others so having them stay downstairs as well as having all the space on the property assured everyone breathing room…we have been coming to Franklin for over 16 years and this was definitely the best cabin and area we have stayed. Kerry was amazing with checking in to make sure all was well. We definitely will go back but with the dog instead of kids and boyfriends

5/5 Beautiful property! Everything you need for your guests to stay entertained. Perfect to visit with kids and furbabies. Amazing outdoor space. Hope to visit again!
Best place we’ve stayed
5/5 The property was amazing!..after a day of adventures it was the perfect place to come back to. We have been coming to Franklin for 16 years and always stay somewhere new. The Ruby Creek Inn was by far the best place we have stayed. The property offers both areas to hike as well as a large area to just walk and admire the wildlife and nature. We have agreed that this will be the property we come back to. Everything we love about Franklin is close by yet having the privacy we crave. The fresh cut flowers and vegetables along with all the other personal details from the host put it over the top for us. We can’t wait to go back and even bring one of our dogs💕
