Best place we stayed
5/5 The property was absolutely beautiful. Having the expansive front lawn to watch the deer and walk the property. Then to hike through the back was awesome. Kerry left wonderful personal touches with the fresh cut welcome flowers as well as the fresh vegetables. Our daughters brought their significant others so having them stay downstairs as well as having all the space on the property assured everyone breathing room…we have been coming to Franklin for over 16 years and this was definitely the best cabin and area we have stayed. Kerry was amazing with checking in to make sure all was well. We definitely will go back but with the dog instead of kids and boyfriends

Best place we’ve stayed
5/5 The property was amazing!..after a day of adventures it was the perfect place to come back to. We have been coming to Franklin for 16 years and always stay somewhere new. The Ruby Creek Inn was by far the best place we have stayed. The property offers both areas to hike as well as a large area to just walk and admire the wildlife and nature. We have agreed that this will be the property we come back to. Everything we love about Franklin is close by yet having the privacy we crave. The fresh cut flowers and vegetables along with all the other personal details from the host put it over the top for us. We can’t wait to go back and even bring one of our dogs💕

5/5 Four couples from FL had an amazing week in this house while our kiddos were at camp. I can’t say enough good about Kerry! I’ve rented more than my share of homes throughout the US and this was by far our best experience! The communication was prompt and plenty. Instructions were helpful and questions were answered right away!
The home and property are beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was very clean and very comfortable! The house was stocked with anything and everything you could think of. There wasn’t a blender and Kerry SENT US ONE!! Delivered right to the front porch along with a candle and extra kitchen towels. Due to the new internet 2 of the tv’s weren’t connected and Kerry came over right away and fixed them AND left us fresh picked peaches and corn! I was amazed at the hospitality!
Seems simple, but it was great that there was a service to come right to the house to pick up the trash!! We’ve always had to take it into down on our previous trips! Such a nice touch for guests that is is actually an extra cost to the owner.
We saw many deer on the property from the beautiful porch view. There’s so much beauty on the property, you don’t even have to leave.
We did gem mining (found a few rubies). White water rafting with the NOC. Hiking on the graveyard fields in the blue ridge parkway. Everything is within an hours drive.
We will definitely stay at the Ruby Creek Inn again ❤️
