Another wonderful trip
5/5 Second year in a row we had an amazing trip at the Christmas house. Wonderful views, fantastic rooms, and perfectly located for a reunion held in Otto. Lin answered any questions that we had promptly and was a pleasure to deal with!
Dream House
5/5 Our stay was so lovely, I wish we didn’t have to leave. The house is so beautiful and my favorite part was the covered patio. We sat outside at the fire table and watched the sun set.
The proximity to downtown Franklin was great.
We cooked most meals and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Also, the property manager Lin was very communicative and friendly. When I had a question, he responded immediately.
I would absolutely come back!!

Family October trip
5/5 Great house and close to shopping and activities. The house is beautiful. Enjoyed fire in fireplace and in the mornings frank coffee around fire pit on back porch. The kitchen is very well stocked

Wonderful trip!!
5/5 We had a wonderful siblings get together with our spouses. (4 couples)
The Home was a beautiful place that accommodated us all with a private bathroom with each guest room. The living space is very large & spacious for a large group. The house was supplied & furnished with everything you needed. The Christmas decorations made for a warm & cozy environment and made our trip feel even more special. We loved the inside fireplace and the large patio (with fire pit) and exceptional Mountain Views. It was a fabulous home to make memories with family & enjoy time away!
The location for this property is very convenient, a few miles past Dillard off Georgia Highway. We will definitely be back again for another get together soon.
The property manager was very accommodating with all our needs!
