Nice House- Overall Good Stay
4/5 Lots to like about the house. It’s right by the pool and playground and in a terrific community. You can easily walk to the grocery store, several very good restaurants, ice cream and shopping. Comfortable beds, spacious home, very well decorated. Kitchen is complete, washer dryer, very cool a/c, wifi, everything you need,…
A few things to note: carpets all need to be replaced (but the home was clean aside from that). You can access the beach, but know that this home is in the front of the community by the road. It’s about a seven minute walk to the beach. Some homes come with beach chair reservations, this one apparently does not so you’ll either need to pay more to rent chairs or cart chairs with you (there are several in the garage.). I would rent in this community again, but not sure this same house. The blowers from the gardeners and the construction work on the sidewalks right by the house meant there was a lot of noise during the day.

Amazing and Beautiful Home!
5/5 What an outstanding home! We loved the upper porch and the mid level porch swing. Great weather chairs. We loved having grills on multiple levels. We would sit in the little sitting area off from the living room and read for hours! The whole house is truly amazing and well decorated! The bedrooms were great with excellent style pillows and the bathrooms were remodeled! We loved the living room furniture. Very cozy! Great big kitchen as well! Loved how they left us some essentials needed so we didn’t have to rush to the store right away. We will be regulars!

Amazing Home!
5/5 What an amazing home! We loved the upper porch. The porch swing is amazing as well but we sat on the upper porch more. Great weather chairs, we love it! We all would sit out there every morning and evening! We loved having grills on multiple levels. We would cook while all of us sat and talked:) The sitting area off from the living room was fantastic, we would read for hours! The way the whole house was decorated was truly amazing! The bedrooms were great with excellent style pillows, the mattresses weren’t too hard and the bathrooms were well remolded! We loved the living room furniture. Very cozy! Loved how they left us some essentials needed so we didn’t have to rush to the store right away like sponges, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent etc! Amazing. If we needed anything, she would pick up her phone and immediately help any way she could. Just an absolutely fantastic home to rent!
