Clean, spacious and centrally located
5/5 This was a lovely townhome and just as described in the listing. It was very clean and welcoming! We loved the high ceilings and the spaciousness. We have family in there area and it was a very close drive to them as well as centrally located to get to the beach or downtown. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool as well. Very nicely maintained area and home.

Relaxing Vacation Spot
4/5 Beautiful vacation home. Close to area beaches and popular attractions without the traffic. We would have given a 5 star review, but we were disappointed that the 2nd bedroom didn't have 2 twin beds as described, but rather a day bed with a pullout box bed that laid on the floor. Not ideal, but we adjusted.
Family vacation
5/5 We have family in Rocky Point. Burcaw, and Hampstead so this location was very convenient for us. Accomidations were great for us abd our dog. Would love to staybthere again.

5/5 Convenient and Perfect Location for a Visit with Friends
4/5 We chose to stay at this nice place for the convenience of also being able to visit our good family friends, who live in the same complex.
The place was nice and had what we needed for a 'home away from home'. Everrthing about this place worked for us... Our only knock is that it seems like the place could use a deep clean and the trundle bed (lower) was a bit 'springy'. Just a little grime under the furniture and found our towels in the washing machine (seemingly forgotten and a bit musty from sitting in there). We just washed them and all worked out.
We would definitely stay here again as overall it was certainly clean overall and was a safe place located in a fine place to access all Wilmington has to offer.
