Great house very quiet
5/5 We stayed at this great little house while we moved our daughter into a university close by. It was very well appointed, very clean and very quiet. We enjoyed being outside, looking at the views and having the fireplace on.

A great long weekend
5/5 We loved our stay. The mountain view was wonderful. The driveway is a bit challenging, which I think should be mentioned in the property description. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!

Steep road , easy with AW drive

A comfy home away from home
5/5 We enjoyed the cottage during our stay. Our favorite part was the great mountain views. As others have stated, it's best to arrive during daylight due to the sharp turn to get up the driveway and the one lane road leading up to the house. Once you do it once, you should have no problem with it. We went into Burnsville, hiked on the AT and went to Asheville during the day, but at night we enjoyed the cottage and didn't want to venture out in the dark. We brought our dogs and they had a great time and loved the views as well. We loved our time there!
