  Perfect location to the newly opened Terra Nova Tap Room to taste our son's beer.

  The home offered us everything our family needed for our weekend stay. Furniture and beds were comfortable. We didn't have enough time to enjoy all the fun amenities.

  Enjoyed a couple of wonderful meals in Black Mountain as well as at the Tap Room in Swannanoa.

• Sibling-Spouse Fall Get-Away

  We traveled from different areas within NC and TN for a sibling-spouse minivacation. This property is ideal for groups having members with a range of activity and mobility levels as it is a single level dwelling. The ping pong table is an asset as is the living area with adequate and comfortable seating for 6 adults. The large dining table was perfect for playing cards as well as meals. The master bedroom is very spacious. One of the two remaining bedrooms is of nice size but the third is quite small. The neighborhood is quiet. Two of us enjoyed sitting outside one afternoon reading and being accompanied by the HS marching band practice, which was enjoyable. The four others inside did not hear the band. The property is adjacent to a trafficked road. We were not aware of this in the daytime but some vehicle noise can be heard on weekday mornings (~6:00 am). The host is very pleasant and response time is excellent. Recommendation: we would stay at „The Beverly“ again.

  My family had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and allowed us room to spread out. Everything we needed was available. My teenagers loved the ping pong/pool table during our down time.

• Wonderful getaway

  My two friends and I stayed with our kids at this home for a getaway weekend. We found the home to be conveniently located and perfect for our needs. The three bedrooms were all very comfortable, and the master bedroom bed was luxurious. It was great that there were TWO sleeper sofas in the family room so that each kid could have his own bed. The bathrooms were nice, and we even enjoyed the little touches such as all the extra towels that were available. We made a nice steak dinner, and we needed use of the grill; it was large and worked nicely for our needs. The kids enjoyed the garage hangout room with pool, ping pong, couches and a TV. They hung out there all weekend. The adults loved the outdoor area where we could have a nice little campfire and hang out under the beautiful stars.
