Church Ladies Retreat
2/5 There were many things we loved about the house. The house was stocked well in the kitchen & bathrooms. The house is beautiful, loved the neighborhood, the wild life so so pretty. The things that need extra attention are needing taken care of
The mold issues downstairs was visual & the smell was terrible. That was concerning for health issues to us & other renters. The trundle beds were soiled. We could only get 1 trash bag in the trash bin, so we had to leave a bag in the kitchen.

-We're grateful for the insights you've shared regarding our home and the surrounding neighborhood. Your feedback is truly appreciated.
-Upon receiving your feedback, we immediately had our maintenance and cleaning team thoroughly inspect the property. They confirmed that there were no dirty linens or any signs of mold present. However, we acknowledge that in unoccupied spaces, a musty scent can sometimes develop, which is why we've implemented an extra-large dehumidifier in the basement area, continuously running to mitigate this issue. We also conducted a personal inspection of the property, and there were no traces of mold found throughout the house. Additionally, the basement was dry with no lingering odors.
-Regarding the garbage situation, we encountered an issue with the flag on our bear-proof garbage bins, which led to the city's oversight in clearing them due to the missing flag. We rectified this by replacing the flag promptly, ensuring that such issues won't persist in the future.
-We take great care in maintaining a comfortable and clean environment for our guests and appreciate your feedback, which has allowed us to address these matters promptly.
