A Tranquil Retreat: Unforgettable Stay at a Riverside Haven in Bath, North Carolina
5/5 We recently had the pleasure of staying this stunning riverfront home in Bath, North Carolina, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and serenity of this picturesque location.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the spacious waterfront property. The home itself was nicely decorated and provided all the comforts and amenities we could ever need. The generous living areas offered ample space for relaxation and unwinding, while the well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze.
As pet owners, we were thrilled to find that the property was pet-friendly. Our two dogs were in pet paradise as they explored & splashed around in the river. It was heartwarming to see them enjoying their vacation as much as we were.
One of the highlights of our stay was taking advantage of the riverfront location. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the porch, admiring the stunning sunrise over the water.
The location of the property was also ideal, as it offered easy access to all the charms of Bath. Exploring the historic town, with its quaint shops and charming architecture, was a delight. We also took the opportunity to visit nearby attractions, such as the North Carolina Estuarium and the Bath Creek Nature Preserve. Be sure to take the ferry over to Aurora and visit the fossil museum. We drive back through and had lunch @ Backwater Jacks in Washington. Great spot!
The owners were prompt on a couple of minor situations and we actually met them which was a nice surprise.
