Great Family beach vacation house
5/5 This is a great oceanfront property for a family vacation. Wonderful to walk right out to beach. If looking to work remotely the internet was not strong throughout the house.

Short and sweet
5/5 We only had 3 days for the trip but couldn’t be happier with the stay. Beach location was nice and not over crowded. House was clean and comfortable. Felt private. We would rent here again.

Ocean Front Therapy
5/5 The duplex was clean, inviting, well equipped, and in the wonderful Club Colony neighborhood. There were 2 decks; one covered, the other open. So it was easy to find quiet spaces among the family games etc.
We all love the ocean so being ocean front with a short walk to the beach was perfect.
Needless to say ee hope toreturnnext summer.

Uncomfortable Beds and Naggy Owner
3/5 Beds are terribly uncomfortable. Downstairs beds are stiff as a board and master bed is like sleeping in a bowl.
Night one, we had 8 people sleeping in the house. During the day of day two we had three friends come to the beach with us. They were in the house for maybe 30 total minutes. The owner (lived next door) texted me:
“It say maximum guest 8. It says maximum cars 3. Not sure who made reservations. I don't mind at all for people to walk through the yard to go to beach but otherwise 8. Who did you rent through? I will contact them to make sure they make it clear from now on. Thanks”
Among other messages. The VRBO site states “sleeps 8”, which is what we did. It doesn’t say anything about “no more than 8 guests on the property” as her text message stated the day prior to us checking in.
Our agreement was based on what the VRBO site stated, not what the owner texted me the day prior.
I would only consider staying there again with confirmation of better mattresses.
