  Had a wonderful stay here with our family. Found the place much cozier than the pictures indicated and clean with nice amenities. Excited to return here again soon!

  Our family enjoyed our stay overall. PROS: Great location and we really enjoyed the ocean view.

  CONS: Unit is in need of a deep clean. There were not enough linens for our family of 5 for a five night stay. Beach towels are also provided so make sure to bring your own. We had several encounters with the building staff and they were not at all friendly and it’s clear the owners are not fans of renters.

  We do want to address some of your concerns directly.
  1. Regarding linens: We typically provide linens for up to 8 people and have spare linens available in the guest closet. Additionally, our property management team is always available to deliver any additional items you may need upon request. If you return please don’t hesitate to let us know right away if you are concerned regarding linen availability.
  2. We regularly review the cleanliness of the unit and schedule deep cleaning throughout the busy season. We would greatly appreciate any specifics on areas that you felt needed more attention so that we can address them and maintain consistent quality so we can address these in the future.
  3. For beach towels it is common for guests to bring their own beach towels or obtain them from local businesses and we do not note this as an amenity for the rental. While it is challenging to routinely launder individual unit beach towels, we will consider your feedback for potential future improvements.
  4. Regarding staff encounters: During the summer, our security team is more vigilant to ensure that only Sea Spray guests use the pool, parking, and facilities. We understand this can sometimes come across as overly strict, and we apologize if any staff members seemed unfriendly. This policy is in place to protect the privacy and security of all our guests. We can assure you that the owner in the condo are very appreciative of the guests that visit Sea Spray during the summer.

• Lovely beach stay!

  We really w joyed our time here! The condo is very clean and has everything you would need provided! Love the plentiful bath towels and included toiletries in the bathrooms. We used the beach chairs and boogie boards everyday and the view from the balcony was beautiful! Even though it is on the third floor and no elevator, the walk from the beach and parking was really convenient. Loved the nearby showers/hoses to keep everything cleaned!

  Our stay was excellent! Condo was clean, owners very responsive, beach access so close, easy parking and the condo provided everything we needed. Loved the beach views and the ocean sounds on the balcony. Very family friendly and made for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Grounds and pool very well maintained. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back!

  The condo was great. It’s right on the beach with a great pool. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed we would stay here again
