• Perfect get away for the Family

  We had 5 in our group 3 adults and 2 (man sized) kids and a small pup with us and the house accommodated us very well! The house was very clean and well stocked with all the creature comforts provided. Master bed and Queen bed were comfortable. The trundle bed was quite squeaky and bouncy but for a kid it was fine. My other child slept on the sofa that folded down into a full in the basement room. That was very Hard. It was not like an actual sleeper sofa. But again for a kid it was fine. That room was great for the kids to hang out in and watch their own (huge) tv and play games (fooseball table was fun). The full Shower and bathroom on main floor was nice. Small but did the job. The half bath downstairs was helpful but if you had many more people you may need two full baths. The backyard was great but not very easily accessible. There was no back door so it was difficult, to say, have dinner on the picnic table without having to go out the front door and walk all the way around the house and stepping down a big step off the rocky driveway. (There were two screws coming out of the wood on the threshold of the fence that could be very dangerous if someone were to catch their toes on it.) We loved the little front porch though and the road that the house is on, is very quiet and the lush landscape and beautiful views from the windows were lovely. Appliances were great and we cooked quite a bit, did a couple of loads of laundry and the AC was nice and cool. No ceiling fans !!

• Wonderful Vacation Home

  We had a lovely stay in this home. There was a bit of a hic-up getting into the home upon arrival, but that was more of a communication problem with an Evolve employee. Once we were in the house everything went very smoothly. The owners are very pleasant and easy to communicate with, and eager to make your stay an happy one. Very comfortable beds, kitchen is well stocked, lovely views, easy access to everything in the Asheville area. This is an ideal place to stay.

  Nice home but could use a few updates. Furniture around fire pit was uncomfortable and falling apart also looked like they were in the middle of repainting with miss matched paint on wall. Overall the house was clean and was conveniently located for all the plans we had in Asheville. The mattress on the twin bed was not comfortable but the other beds were. Overall we had a great time in Asheville and enjoyed our stay.

• Wonderful home

  The house and yard was perfect! The only suggestion I would make is to put some no-slip strips or duckies with umbrellas in the bathtub. Other than that, it’s a great place!
