5/5 The house was clean, beautiful and as advertised on the Vrbo site. It was a comfortable and relaxing for my family and I and was the perfect place to stay during our time in Ashville.

Great location and good size, but not clean enough
3/5 The location of this home is great (GPS estimated everything we wanted to do as 15-20 minutes away) and the size and layout of the home is good too (4 bedrooms, though 1 had a horrible mattress). The home is also well stocked in the kitchen, was easily accessible, and in what seemed like a "nice" neighborhood. However, the cleanliness of the property leaves a lot to be desired. There are visible spider webs and dust all over the place; the living room rug has big stains; the sole seating option in the living room is tattered; and there were only 4 clean towels provided for a 3-night stay for 3 people (more clean towels were found on the last day of the trip, they were in the dryer); and there were no clean blankets or throws for use (they weren't dirty, just absent). If the cleaning company did a good job of maintenance cleaning after a thorough, deep clean then this place would be worth returning to.

5/5 The house was perfect for a family weekend in Asheville. We had everything we needed! The house is close to Biltmore and many of our favorite Asheville restaurants and outdoor areas.
