    The home on the outside and inside was beautiful with all the amenities and enough space to enjoy. It was after the second night of our 11 night stay that we realized the major rat infestation. Eating through our bread, fruit and snacks left on the counter. I am allergic to animal hair and would cough, sneeze and have itchy throat after sleeping in master bedroom but thought it was the mountain air so ignored it until I dropped my earbud and looked under the bed to find it had not been cleaned in forever with animal hair, toys, dust was the reason for my reaction. When contacted the property manager although very nice and offered to send pest control and cleaned, it would have been the next day. We did agree to stay but the night before the service the mice was unbearable and we decided to leave this home 3 days early. Whereas the 3 nights will be refunded I think the owner should have compensated for the loss food, sleepless nights watching mice with lights on and the place being filthy. Photos and videos was sent to owner and evolve to no avail totally unacceptable.

    - We're glad you found the home beautiful and well-equipped. The property was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and no rodent activity was reported before your stay.
    - When you informed us of a potential rodent issue, we promptly arranged for pest control and our cleaners to come the very next day, which was the earliest they could be there. However, you chose to depart before the service could be completed.
    - We refunded the remaining nights of your stay for the inconvenience, and we apologize for any discomfort you experienced.
    - The exterminator has since addressed potential entry points and set traps, though no evidence of rodents was found. We're actively monitoring the situation to ensure this doesn’t happen again and to maintain a comfortable environment for future guests.
    - Regarding the cleanliness of the primary bedroom, our cleaning team consistently does a meticulous job and would've been happy to address any oversights, as we offered during your stay.
    We’ve addressed your comments with the relevant teams so that future guests will receive the exceptional service we strive to provide.

    Great time in this house. Enjoyed the hot tub. Downstairs very roomy, but was cold. Quiet neighborhood which was nice.

    Loved the layout and location of the house as we had 7 ladies staying there. Loved the huge screened in porch, lots of beds and beautiful setting. Could have used some toiletries...soap, dishwasher pods, etc. Had to go out and buy those. Otherwise, loved it!
