5/5 House was clean and had all the amenities of a hotel. Soap, dish bath and laundry. As a 40 year restaurant owner the bar across the street has the best eggs Benedict I've ever had. Love this place and hope to rent again next time I'm in town. I would pay more for cable.

Quite an old property.
3/5 The crumbling steps outside was not pretty and the outdoors of the property was messy and weedy. The property was very dated and the bedrooms were not too pleasing to the eye. I feel the host should invest in some nice bedding and end tables and lamps in the bedrooms. And with no air conditioning, I feel we were charged plenty with this location.
