Great getaway!
5/5 We really enjoyed staying here! Perfect for our family of four and our pup came along! Quick minute drive to the beach. Everything was provided- paper goods, trash bags, etc! We will be back!

$130 cleaning fee and I had to clean
1/5 Upon arrival, I immediately had to get a broom and sweep the front porch and the outside of the house from grass clippings. We rented for a week, checking out on the 19th. Sometime during the storms on the night of the 17, the freezer went out. We had gone in a $600 fishing excursion and LOST every bit of the fish’s that we had planned on bringing home. Not to mention the milk, creamers, left overs, lunch meat and everything that was lost. We lost it all according to the repair man that was sent out to fix the fridge, it all could have been avoided with routine maintenance. We weren’t offered any form of a refund, nor were we offered to have food replaced.

Hi Tina, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We apologize that you had to sweep the front porch and the outside of the house upon arrival. We've noted your feedback.
- Regarding the refrigerator issue, the storm that caused the problem was unfortunately beyond our control. We addressed the issue as soon as it was reported, and got the refrigerator up and running within hours of it being reported.
- We understand the frustration of losing your food, including the fish from your excursion. As standard practice, Evolve requested documentation to help work towards a fair resolution, but unfortunately, did not receive it. Without this, we were unable to provide the resolution you sought.

5/5 This was such a cozy little house. They were so accommodating and have the place fixed up really cute and welcoming. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip back to visit family.

3 friends making memories
3/5 The only thing I would change is all the rugs, the floor in living area is beautiful, no need for rugs, could have dusted ceiling fans, and base boards! Would come back so many happy memories.

4/5 Nothing could have been any better for a peaceful place to kick back and relax with friends, one on the group noticed dust on ceiling fan and baseboards, but we would go back now that we know how thermostat works
