We enjoyed our stay again this year! We first visited last August and decided to return while moving our son back to MSU. The proximity to campus is perfect, and the neighborhood is quiet and has a country feel while still being close to town. Overall, the experience was great. We did have one small issue in that we were not given sheets for the sofa bed downstairs. (This was problematic in that it was late at night, and I had just showered when I discovered the missing sheets.) I reached out to Michael, and he remedied the situation quickly with a sincere and heartfelt apology. We noticed that the place was not quite as clean as it had been one year ago, but it wasn't awful by any means. There was a small stain on the comforter upstairs and some crumbs/dirt on the sofa. There is also a loose floor board upstairs. These are minor issues that did not deter our fun in this unique tiny home, but they could be improved. The manager explained that they had experienced recent issues with their cleaning crew. I bet with a new crew, the place will return to its perfect status that I gave it last year! :)

The tiny house experience was very unique. The workmanship was solid and good quality. The place was clean and we loved the porch and balcony. Only a couple of negatives- the stairs were not uniform which made it a bit hard to go up and down. The other negative was the tv- we would’ve benefited from having directions to follow in order to make it easier to watch television.
Clean, quiet nice tiny house. We really enjoyed it.
