- Thanks for reaching out during your stay to notify us of the issue with the A/C. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we sent a technician to address your concern immediately. Unfortunately, due to the extreme heat outside, the A/C was just unable to keep up. 74 degrees is the lowest temperature the system can reach when the heat index is 110.
There were no problems discovered with the unit and we're sorry if this negatively impacted your stay.
We truly go above and beyond and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!Not happy
2/5 It was hot in the house. I called to try to get it taken care of and they said that it was that time of year and that was that. Not to mention that I couldn't get in with the code at first. I was there about an hour before I could get in.
