Nature weekend Getaway
5/5 Mr Benton & Mrs Jane have preserved a nice property for you to enjoy nature and all it offers. The home was great especially the screened porch. Had a great chat with Mr Benton and Mrs Jane sent fresh delicious blueberry muffins to the porch while we’re enjoying the river. Absolutely sweet hosts and can’t wait to go back and try out another cabin!!! See y’all soon…
Wondery Stay @ Camellia Cottage
5/5 My husband and I booked a short getaway for our 17th wedding anniversary. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Upon entry into the home we both immediately noticed how immaculate the residence was kept. No clutter-no dust! Everything was exactly as the listing stated, actually we felt it was better than the listing stated. Our hosts were welcoming, polite, and happy to help with anything we needed, but were extremely respectful of our privacy/time. We are looking forward to returning this summer to stay at one of their other rentals. If you are looking for peace & quiet away from the hustle & bustle of the city with a splash of historical sites, I highly recommend Camellia Cottage.
Just what we needed
5/5 Idyllic stay in the country after a few mad weeks in New Orleans and Memphis. The trails, river, hospitality and accommodation were exactly what we needed and we can't wait to come back.
Cottage in Holmesville
5/5 Stayed in Holmesville during our visit with family in Magnolia and wedding in Amite. This cottage was perfect and had everything we needed and then some. Pictures don't do it justice! Loved sitting on the screened in porch and enjoyed walking around the small historic town during our free time. The blueberry muffins were so thoughtful and delicious. Thanks for sharing your place with us.
