Great location
3/5 The house is in a great spot close to the beach, casino and walking distance to downtown. We spent a month there and got a real feel for the area. The house was dirty when we arrived and had to spend the first couple of days getting it cleaned up. The place is pet friendly but smells very much like dirty dog. I assume it is from bad pet owners who allow pets on the furniture without a blanket. There were pet blankets but it took two washings before I would let my dog on them. The cleaning folks need to spend a lot more time working on the smell and the slop left on the walls, doors and frames and the fronts of the cabinets and appliances. The place is laid out nicely and could be a real gem.
