  Where do I start? Unacceptable and I took pictures! NO A/C!!!! The kitchen sink contained old food and plastic trash. There were roaches in the kitchen at night. The fridge had crumbs, debris and a red sauce spilled inside and there was a used bag of ice in the freezer. The drawers had old sauce packets and corroded batteries and trash (junk drawer). The oven was filthy and had burned food/ spilled substances on the bottom of the oven. The bathroom/ toilet upstairs was dirty and had hair and fecal matter stuck to the inside of the bowl. The plunger was missing and all that was left was a dirty toilet brush. There is no trash can in the bathrooms. The sheets/ linen hadn't been changed. There was a dirty, crunchy washcloth under one bed and a pair of socks under another. A sticky substance spilled under the bed (which was another big indicator nothing had been cleaned). The pillows had no protectors, just dirty pillows with only a pillow case on. No curtains or blinds to cover the two doors downstairs, so anyone walking by can see in, its creepy. The bushes at the entrance to the house are overgrown.There are no details about the stairs which was a NIGHTMARE with twin toddlers! My autistic son tripped on the uneven stairs and busted his chin and lip. We bought cleaning products to clean ourselves what we could. We traveled almost 7 hours with twin toddlers and a special needs preteen, so we didn't have the time to try to find other arrangements. Never again.

  - Occasionally, the A/C trips the breaker. It can be easily resolved by flipping the breaker off and back on. We would have been happy to help if we had known.

  Nice area close to a little of everything. Some of the bed linens weren't changed. Found food crumbs in one of the beds, roaches after dark in kitchen and downstairs bathroom and no hot water in upstairs bathroom. But we were just sleeping and showering there. We stayed in the road all day so we got thru. I didnt contact the owners to give them a chance to rectify. We didnt have time to deal with the small things. Overall stay was ok

  We had a great time. The location is great. Close to everything. A/c worked great and the beds were very comfortable!
