very nice with a couple of major issues
4/5 We stayed over the Memorial Day Holiday weekend. Everything went smooth except for a couple of major concerns. The hand rail going upstairs was completely pulled out of the wall on one end. This is dangerous for going up and down the steps. The back door deadbolt is also broken. I called and spoke to the manager and she said she was contacting the owner and said somebody should come out to fix at least the railing. No one ever showed up. Everything else was great.

"Hi William, thank you for the review. The railing leading up the few steps from the street to the grass isn't completely pulled out. It's a little wobbly but the property manager checked and it is sound.
I will see if I can find someone to tighten the railing.
Also, the back door lock is ok. Again, my property manager checked and said it was working fine. I'm not sure what the issue was."Comfortable House
4/5 Lovely old house with lots of character. Roomy and comfortable, and location was convenient. House is noisy as a lot of the wood floors creak. Check in was easy and lots of information about the house was provided prior to arrival. On street parking was not a problem, and there is a 2 car garage which we didn’t use.

5/5 This property is great! The location is fantastic, the home is spacious and very clean. We used the house as our home base while visiting family in St. Louis, and we will definitely stay again!
