VRBO Ruined Our Vacation
1/5 This was our first and last time doing business with VRBO. We could not get into the house and the property owner could not be reached. We had to stay in a hotel which caused us to cancel most of the plans we had for the weekend. The property was a mess. The keypad did not work because the batteries were dead. The grass was not cut. The fence in the backyard was broken. I have never been so disappointed with a vacation and I have VRBO to thank for that.

3/5 The location of the home was good but our only concern was the cleanliness of the house. Bathtub was dirty with hairs, the home had lots of pet hair (we are all allergic to cats), there was trash was in one of the bedroom drawers and lots of hair behind the bed/nightstand, the oven was dirty, the dishwasher smelled really bad, and some of the towels were dirty. Basically, if the house was professionally clean the house would of been a great stay but we felt uncomfortable because of that. We enjoyed the dart board though!
