Summer getaway
5/5 This is a great house for a family stay! Everything was clean and spacious. The only negative was a “musty” smell when first walking in, but it is somewhat expected in an older home. We just bought some baking soda boxes and that seemed to help, but an our air purifier would have been better. The kitchen was great and loved that it had a Keurig! The shady backyard and covered patio is so cozy and peaceful. The firepit was perfect for smores! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay
5/5 This house was a great rental. We felt very safe and comfortable. The kitchen was furnished with almost everything you could need. We had 7 people in our group so of course some of use thought beds and pillows were to hard or soft, can't have one of everything on hand to please everyone. If you get a chance to use the upstairs bath tub DO IT, it is the most amazing bath tub and I need one in my home now. My only complaint would be that because the upstairs thermostat is in the master bedroom the 2nd room up there was always about 5 degrees colder, extra blankets would have been good because it was pretty chilly in there, also that spare room has French doors with windows on them and no blinds or curtains to be closed, felt very exposed at the top of the stairs and viewing right into my room. We used a spare sheet to cover the windows. Other than that it was a very delightful stay and we would recommend it to anyone else looking to stay.
