• Not What We Expected

  The house was very nice and clean. Dark rags were provided for makeup, a drawer full of "just use it" items like chargers and sunglasses, plenty of board games, and plenty of personal space. Items were marked throughout the house making it easy to identify where things belonged and answer questions we might have (like setting the thermostat when w left). The check out process was also very easy. The check-in process would have been easy had my code been entered correctly. This could be an honest mistake, but when we were locked out in below freezing temps and could not reach the property manager for 20 minutes it became frustrating. Once we did reach him he seemed very laxidazical about the whole situation as if it wasnt a big deal and said he must have entered m6 cide wrong. He did give me his code so we could get in. The other issue we had was with the location. I searched several houses to find one that was not in the middle of town before booking. The photos present as if this house is not located near other houses or businesses when in fact this house is tightly sandwiched between a storage facility on one side, and shares a parking lot with a business on the other side. Not a major issue, but rather surprising when I had searched so long trying to find a house that was more secluded. The last thing I would note is that the fireplace did not work, which was also a selling point for me when I booked. All in all I would recommend this house.

  Very nice and clean place. Great location. We traveled back and forth to Battlefield for granddaughters 1st Birthday. It wasn’t too far away. We ate at Lamberts which was a plus.

• Very Convenient and Comfortable

  We enjoyed staying at this very clean home. It was convenient to Springfield and Brandon both, although the location also meant some road noise during the nighttime. It’s located near car dealership and storage units but we felt safe with security lights and locking doors. The master bedroom and bedroom was very spacious. We appreciated the larger dining and separate living rooms when having family over. The host had little “extras” which made it feel very homey. A few more thicker towels would have been appreciated.
