Good location -bait and switch regarding boat slip
3/5 The location of the house is great and perfect for multiple families. Very spacious and good layout.
We reserved the house in January for our June stay. At the time of reservation, the rental came with the boat slip. A week prior to our stay, we noticed the listing had been updated and the slip was no longer part of our trip. We didn’t receive any communication regarding the change to our contract, nor have we gotten any follow-up from Evolve, the property management company. If you rent this property and the description indicates the dock is included, it no longer includes the slip.
Being on the lake, we expected there to be bugs. What we didn’t expect was for them to be smashed all over the main level ceiling. We cleaned the entire ceiling (feel the house was cleaner when we left than when we got there).
The outside spaces (deck and gazebo areas, as well as tables and seating) had not been cleaned and were full of cobwebs, dirt, and leaves. Could have been remedied by a quick pass with a leaf blower.

4th of July with the kids
5/5 We spent a week here over the 4th of July with our teenage kids and their friends as well as my in-laws. The house was a perfect size with plenty of comfortable space.

House is Great - But no covered dock and slip for your boat as advertised.
3/5 The house was clean and worked well for four families. The location was great. In pictures, and in the description, it is stated that you have a dock, with a slip, for your boat. Upon arrival, there was a brand new pontoon boat in the slip. We reached out to Evolve and was told that it was the owner's boat and they would be storing it there. We had to tie up our boat on the side of the dock for the week. It stormed one night so there was no protection. If you are going to post pictures of an empty dock and slip and advertise with "private boat dock & slip" and not provide it, a remedy should have been offered. We towed our boat a long distance and expected a slip for storage.
Beautiful lake view
5/5 We enjoyed our stay very much. We were able to get an early check-in, which was wonderful for family that was traveling from out of state and would be arriving early. The house was beautiful as was the view. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you have JetSki’s or boats that you will be bringing, there are no cleats on the dock so you need to adjust to that.
