  • Good Location and space but slightly outdated


    Overall the condo met our needs with the many sleeping spaces and 3 full bathrooms. Having hard surface floors on the main level allowed for ease of use with water and clean up. The outdoor space could use spraying off as there were cobwebs and huge spiders out there where you’d want to hang in the evenings. It could also use more hooks for towels and things. Day 2 we had a bad odor throughout the condo but after calling in the afternoon they were able to resolve quickly. Great stay but with a few inexpensive purchases it could be updated easily.

  • Beautiful view


    Top floor condo with great view of lake. Layout of unit worked well for 6 adults and two teenagers. Kitchen was adequate for our needs. Everything worked. Plenty of bath towels but no hand or wash clothes. Washer and dryer were nice to have. Loft carpet has some large icky stains and probably should be replaced. Nice new flooring downstairs. No grille though it said there was one. Two small pools which were clean. Could use some updating

    The title about sums it up. It’s won’t blow you away walking in but it’s not a dump either. The pictures speak enough for the nice parts of the place, so I can give you the not so nice parts. The guest contact was fairly quick to respond when reaching out to him and was helpful except for when asked where the alleged “required parking passes were”. He never responded after asking him that. We ended up finding them tucked in the back of a drawer in the kitchen while we were cleaning up on the day of our check out. The grill that’s in the pictures? Nowhere to be found so that was disappointing. Also an absurd amount of stains on the carpet in the loft, and more cobwebs along the patio railings than you’ll find in an abandoned barn from the 40’s. For the price, I’m not upset I decided to stay there but compared to other places I’ve stayed in the Ozarks, it did not meet expectations.

    - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
    - We apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered, the parking passes are usually left on the kitchen counter where guests can see and find them as soon as they enter the property. We will follow up with our Guest Contact to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
    - We have requested the grill to be removed from the listing as we can no longer offer it as an available amenity. Camden County, where our condo is located are restricting the use of grills on condo decks due to drought conditions. Although this is something outside of our control, we're sorry this had a negative impact on your stay, and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will follow up with Evolve to ensure our listing is "As Advertised".
    - We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest stay, and recently the property had a deep cleaning, additionally the carpets upstairs are deep cleaned several times throughout the year, and where we acknowledge there are some small stains, the carpet is in overall good condition. We were surprised to hear your comment about "cobwebs," we work with a professional pest control company that treats the home on a regular basis as a precautionary measure, and have never had any issues with spiders. We will further investigate and take the necessary steps to remedy the issue.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  • Beautiful overlook of the lake


    Wonderful lake view of the sunset and sunrise. The condo set up was perfect for 5 adults and 2 teens.

    Kitchen was adequate for our needs and everything worked. The temps were in the high 90’s and the a/c struggled to keep up with temps getting to 77 inside during the late

    Afternoon and early evening

    No hand towels or wash clothes though there were plenty of bath towels. There was no grille. Jason with maintenance said they had been outlawed July 1st. Every other unit we could see had a grille so apparently they were not in compliance. The carpet in the loft was quite stained and needs replaced. The main floor had nice new flooring. There were two pools which were small but clean. Small beach area which looked bigger in the pictures. Overall we were happy with the accommodations though could use some updating.
