  Property was not very clean, towels were dirty or wholly. The floor where the tile and the carpet came together had nails coming up through it. There was left over water in the coffee pot itself. The deck table had dirt or ashes all over it. No dish clothes or towels in the kitchen. Was very disappointed

  - We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered and will be addressing these concerns directly with our housekeeping staff to prevent this from happening in the future
  - Any nails coming up where the tile and carpet meet will be fixed immediately to ensure guest safety
  - The leftover water in the coffee pot and the condition of the deck table were oversights that are being addressed to maintain the high standards they strive for
  - Dishcloths and towels will be restocked in the kitchen to ensure guests have everything they need during their stay

  Condo was old and not well maintained. Lack of electrical outlets, no electric outlet outside. Doors didn’t close, doors had holes and dents in them and pool across from our building was closed. Small pool that was open was packed. We had two cars get towed because my understanding was the passes were for in front of the condo not across the street. That was my own fault but $450 per car and cash only to get them out of impound when they were there less than 11 hours is highway robbery.

• Cute and spacious

  This space was cute and close to everything. The pools are not open (as of June 23rd 2024), which was a bummer. We had a maintenance issues but our contact, Tara had it taken care of and fixed extremely quick. Tara gave us many suggestions for things to do in the area which was helpful for how busy the area was.

  It is always a good time when we come to the lake and the condo is great clean and the view is always amazing over looking the lake especially at night time the view is awesome
