2/5 Where to start first the house was poorly updated the all exterior doors are hard to open and shut the carpets are stained the vinyl tile in main are was incorrectly installed so it was glued and nailed down in areas glue visible, the master bedroom sliding door doesn't shut so no privacy, the floor vent is broken in the master, food from last booking left in the fridge and freezer, trash cans in kitchen full, dirty dishes in the full dishwasher that smelled terrible yes we washed them.
Dirty laundry in the hamper, bifold door broke and laying on the ground, loose tile to the pool room,pool room not cleaned at all in my opinion. For 1800+ for 2 nights including cleaning fees you would expect a lot better of the place. We have used VRBO many times for many vacations across the US we have had excellent experiences and no issues for the same price range.
I contacted the number on the paperwork talk to someone I assume property management and was told they ran out of time to clean and fix the door. But he can send someone out to pickup the food and tidy up a bit my answer no I'm on vacation
Don't want the people there It should have been done already. 2 star because we appreciate the deep pool for diving or it would be 1 star
