Lots of Issues
3/5 We had no plumbing for an entire day. We had to stay up until 12:30AM waiting for the plumber to fix the plumbing issue and leave. When we called the property manager about the plumbing issue (raw sewage coming up from the shower) there was no sense of urgency to get the issue fixed. We called in the morning and they didn’t even come out until 3pm and then they had to call a retail plumber anyway. There was no offer of compensation after not being able to use the bathroom or shower. While I understand this was out of the control of the property manager I felt that it was handled poorly and there was no offer of compensation for our stay. The property owner was also impossible to get ahold of until 4 days before our stay, just overall one of the worst everperiences I’ve ever had with a VRBO.

Great Family Vacation/Great Indoor Pool
5/5 We had a nice time at this property. We had 10 adults and four children 5 years and younger enjoying a wonderful family vacation. The house is quite big with plenty of space for everyone. The indoor pool was very nice and we were able to enjoy it everyday we were there. Six bedrooms accommodated us well. There was plenty of parking for the five cars we had. There was plenty of towels for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked. The only request is for a larger trash can in the kitchen and more toilet paper. For 10 adults the few rolls we had, including some partial rolls, made for a trip to the store necessary. Not a big deal, but a small request that makes a big difference.

Work trip
4/5 Work trip in Jefferson City with five coworkers. The location was cozy and beds were comfortable. Lots of space to hang out. The kitchen was big had most everything we needed.
The neighborhood with mature trees was fantastic.
We were disappointed the pool table was not functional since the sticks were broken and pool table was extremely unlevel. Also the pool was great, but the lights weren’t working to use it in the evening when we were mostly there.

Exceptional stay
5/5 We rented this home to accommodate family coming to town for my brother’s funeral. The hosts were very gracious. The home was beyond beautiful. It exceeded our expectations and was more beautiful in person. The home was very clean and well cared for. Everything was perfect. We were very happy with our stay. (And this is coming from someone who will only stay in a 4 or 5 star hotel). We had plenty of clean linen and towels. We were very much able to make this our home for a few days. I’m thankful to the family that owns this home for hosting us. God bless them. Without reservation we would definitely stay here again.
