  The condo was warm, tastefully decorated, and clean. The property manager was accessible and helpful. We had a great time there.

  When we arrived on Friday night there was remodeling going on in the condo above us at 420pm and didn’t stop till 830 pm that night then started back up on a Saturday morning and continued off and on until late evening when I contacted the office it stopped until Sunday and started working again left one day early from trip to go home to get quite time. I think this was one of my worst vacations ever.

  -Upon receiving notification from the guest on their second day regarding the noise, immediate action was taken. The condo manager was promptly contacted, who in turn liaised with the construction crew to address the issue, resulting in the cessation of the disturbance. Similarly, on the third day, when the guest reported further noise disturbances, the manager swiftly engaged with the construction crew once more to ensure a peaceful environment.
  -Regrettably, the regulations permit construction activities from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays, and the recent sale of the unit above prompted renovations within that specified timeframe. Despite our earnest apologies and efforts to mitigate the situation, the scheduled construction remained beyond our control.
  -Initially, the guest expressed satisfaction and even acknowledged the condo's appeal with positive feedback. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by the subsequent noise disruptions. Please be assured that every possible action was taken to address and alleviate the disturbance.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.

  The condo was awesome! Tastefully decorated, warm and cozy, and clean. The property manager always made sure we had all the info and was available in case we needed to contact them. I highly recommend this team and this condo.
