4/5 Open living plan is very good for a group.
Unfortunately the flies (non biting) were bad this year. The only negative issue with the property.

Think Again
3/5 Property was easy to get to with Google maps. The property was very spacious and clean and well maintained with the exception of the peeling paint on the deck and all the spider poop on porch. We were afraid what we would find inside but no spiders inside.We enjoyed the fireplace and the kitchen is well stocked for your needs. Appliances are all top notch. If you want to disconnect this is the place because the WiFi buffers badly very difficult to use at times. The literature stated in more than one place and on site information that there were waterfront views. What they don't tell you is they are seasonal views and can only be seen when the trees don't have leaves on them. Also if you have any type of balance problems this isn't the place for you either. There are no railings by the porch stairs and the bathtub is very deep making it difficult to get in with no grab bars. The coat rack and extra towel racks are about 12 inches from the ceiling making them almost impossible to use. We tried to contact Evolve but rec'd no response. Perhaps there are only a few reviews because they don't post bad one. These are the facts.

Wonderful stay
5/5 We had a great weekend getaway at this place. From the get go we felt completely comfortable in the house. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and was extremely clean! Just down the road (less than 2 min away) is the boat launch. Very nice and convenient boat ramp with ample parking.The neighborhood was extremely quiet. Sitting outside at night we rarely heard a peep from anyone or anything nearby. Do yourself a favor and go outside on a clear night to look at the stars! The owners were great and very accommodating. We will be back! Thank you guys!
