3/5 The property offered a great location and privacy, with standout features like the kitchen, pool, pool table, and grill. However, it may not be suitable for families with small children due to the delicate art pieces throughout the home. Additionally, we were disappointed that the hot tub, a key reason for our choice, was unusable due to mold and dirt. The broken dryer was also a major inconvenience, as we had to take home a load of wet clothes. While the stay had its positives, these issues affected our overall experience.

-The hot tub is serviced weekly, but the hot and humid weather may have caused it to need additional maintenance. We'll be reviewing our service schedule to ensure it remains in top condition for future guests.
-The dryer unexpectedly broke during your stay, and while it's frustrating, repairs and replacements can take time. A new dryer has been ordered and will be delivered shortly.
-The property is listed as suitable for children, and we haven't received prior feedback about it being unsuitable for families with small children.

5/5 My family enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very nice and the weather was perfect for the pool. We made great use of the deck! The property manager was very friendly and very responsive. Hope we get to come back.
