  Such a pleasant stay. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms is difficult to find and this property had that. Nicely decorated and well stocked with things to make it feel like home. Safe neighborhood.

• Unpleasant, strong smell

  Upon arrival, the smell of the unit was strong and unpleasant. It smelled like moth balls. We purchased baking soda, multiple airwick plug ins, and room deodorizing spray to try to rid the smell. These efforts were marginally helpful. We contacted the management company within an hour of arrival. We contacted the local contact per the management companies request. The local contact did not respond, and the management company did little to help with the issue. When we got home, all of our possessions that were in the unit had taken on the moth ball scent. We had to rewash every article of clothing, and some still had the scent after once through the wash. Coolers, food bags, luggage, and my purse also have taken on the moth ball smell. I would not recommend this property.

• Our Week stay

  the leaking dishwasher was an issue that caused us to altar some plans but glad it was replaced for the next guest. The picture with the condo shows a playground and pool only to find out you can not use the playground or pools with this condo, this disappointed the grandkids. We were informed that the condo needed an, "amenities pass" which it does not have. The real issue with this condo was the heavy smokers below the condo it was bad I am sure they are not always there but the bunch that was there this past week was heavy smoke smell filled the condo from below and through the air conditioner in the window unit in #5. The condo it's self is a great condo we loved the layout and the three bathrooms! It was easy check in and out like the process. We love the location because we could use back roads to get around in Branson.

  - Once we were notified, we immediately sent out our maintenance team to ensure you could enjoy the rest of your stay. We appreciate your flexibility with the dishwasher replacement during your stay. Of course, we wish it had not needed to be replaced during your stay, so thank you for being so accommodating with the repairs.
  - We apologize that one of the listing pictures may have been misleading regarding the availability of the community amenities, so we have already removed that picture from the listing so it will not mislead future guests. Thank you again for your feedback.
  - We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors are simply out of our control. We are very sorry that the guests staying in the home below you were smoking and this affected your stay. Since we do not own that condo, we will let the owners of that property know about your experience.

• Strange smell

  We enjoyed our stay however the condo had a peculiar smell….I’m not sure where it was coming from but it was unpleasant. At any rate it needs to be investigated. After returning home we found the smell had permeated our clothing. The other negative was the linens. The sheets in the “bunk” room were worn thin and need to be replaced. We did enjoy sitting on the deck at the end of our day. The weather was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location….away from the maddening crowds but close enough that it didn’t take long to get to any of the attractions.
