  Always enjoy the Suites at Falls Creek. Now we have another property in our list. The check-in process was a breeze. The location was not within walking distance of amenities, but that was not a big deal. The property was well maintained.

  While the accommodations were adequate, there were a few minor things that could have been better. The patio table was very dirty and required us to clean before using. The hall bathroom didn’t have a shower liner and the bathroom flooded with one shower. The tub wouldn’t drain and neither did the sink. Again minor but the caroets throughout need to be cleaned. The baby’s legs and feet were black due to the carpets.

  -Please note that the drains are pop-up style, which require pressing down to activate proper drainage. While we understand that this design may not be ideal for everyone, we can confirm that both drains are functioning correctly.
  -As for the patio table, the inclement weather during your stay likely caused it to become dirty again despite being cleaned before your arrival. We appreciate your understanding that outdoor furniture can be affected by weather conditions.
  -Concerning the carpets, they were recently cleaned, though maintaining their pristine condition can be challenging. While we kindly request that guests remove their shoes indoors, not everyone follows this guideline. However, the numerous positive reviews from other guests reflect our ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards.

  Nice property. Quiet area. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teens. We had a little difficulty locating the building, but the pizza delivery guy did not. Very peaceful sitting on the deck. Was not expecting to have to drive to get to the swimming pool, but pool was a nice size. Condo was fairly clean, but when we pulled out the couch to sleep on the bed, we found a cube of cheese (??) and used tissues. The vent return looked dusty. We would stay here again.

  The water view was very ugly. Both beds had very old, very used mattresses. We were charged a cleaning fee and asked for a tip. Would not recommend.

  - As is standard in the vacation rental industry every rental property does include a cleaning fee to ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for each guest's arrival. However, we were confused by your comment about being asked for a tip. We do not request tips and will follow up with our cleaning team to ensure this is not being asked.
  - As for the water view, we will review our listing to ensure it accurately represents the property's features.
