Nice place
4/5 Nice property. Quiet area. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teens. We had a little difficulty locating the building, but the pizza delivery guy did not. Very peaceful sitting on the deck. Was not expecting to have to drive to get to the swimming pool, but pool was a nice size. Condo was fairly clean, but when we pulled out the couch to sleep on the bed, we found a cube of cheese (??) and used tissues. The vent return looked dusty. We would stay here again.

Dissatisfied
3/5 The water view was very ugly. Both beds had very old, very used mattresses. We were charged a cleaning fee and asked for a tip. Would not recommend.

- While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. Additionally, it is important to note that they are new within the last year. We strive to provide a comfortable sleeping experience for all our guests.
- As is standard in the vacation rental industry every rental property does include a cleaning fee to ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for each guest's arrival. However, we were confused by your comment about being asked for a tip. We do not request tips and will follow up with our cleaning team to ensure this is not being asked.
- As for the water view, we will review our listing to ensure it accurately represents the property's features.
- Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to provide a better experience for future guests.

5/5 The property was really nice and perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located near everything we wanted to get to. The ‘lake view’ was definitely an overstatement, but there is a lovely pond with turtles and birds. We would stay again.
