5/5 Light burnt out on front of bldg / stairwell. Fell down steps. Unit door would not open due to batteries not working. Had to make calls and hear from owner to get combination code to lock box. Got into unit about 11 pm, or later.

Unhappy with Mgmt Company
2/5 We lost electricity in the upstairs bedroom/bath Saturday morning. First of all, it was very confusing on who to contact and then when I did, it was awful! Evolve must be the management company who is in charge and I will never stay at another property managed by them! Evolve then transferred us to someone, who I told the story to. That person then called someone 3 hours later to tell them the story! So many questions over the phone and them wanting us to screenshot breaker box, etc and then telling us it would be quite a while before they could come out. I finally called other people to help us that had nothing to do with the property, just so we’d have electricity again. Never again!!
