Not Up to Par
1/5 After inspecting the property I grabbed our bags and left for a hotel on Radio. Exposed wiring, dingy exterior, and a very suspect basement. This is not what you’re looking for. I didn’t bother for a refund because I’m sure it would’ve been absolute hell. Steer clear.

-We trust that the following information offers additional context pertaining to the circumstances highlighted in the review.
-Upon the guest's check-in at 11:00 pm, they briefly utilized the accommodation before being away for approximately a day and a half. We planned to connect with our property management company due to their prolonged absence. However, upon their return, they stayed overnight. Throughout their stay, they left behind a few items, used towels and shower facilities,They did not adhere to the designated checkout guidelines.process, and handled dishes without washing them. While we aim for our guests to have a pleasant stay, we kindly request their adherence to our house rules and treat the property with the same care as they would their own.
-There was a text conversation initiated by the guests regarding an early check-in request, which we promptly accommodated. The guest did not communicate any issues regarding wiring during their stay. It's essential to note that the Homeowners Association (HOA) oversees the property's exterior, as it adheres to standard townhome association regulations. The listing, facilitated by Evolve, includes pre-existing images showcasing the property's exterior taken beforehand.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.
